Phil Silberman is a Texas real estate broker and lawyer that founded Silberman Realty to provide a higher standard of service in the residential property management space and provide custom listing services to sellers that minimize transaction costs.
Phil Silberman graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a focus in finance and went on to study law at The University of Houston Law Center. His professional career has included brokerage services in all areas of real estate including both commercial and residential. In addition to real estate brokerage, Silberman maintains a law practice focusing on Real Estate Law.

Chris Dietz received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002. By putting clients at the center of everything he does, Chris has built a solid foundation for his career in the Real Estate Industry.
Chris attributes much of his success to always leading with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Dietz is responsible for leasing and sales of properties at Silberman Realty.

Robert Vernon is a Texas native and graduate from Texas State University. He has a vast knowledge of the sales, leasing, and investment side of commercial and residential real estate.

Rebecca Silberman is a fourth generation Texan whose love for state and its communities is deep rooted. After graduating from Memorial High School, Rebecca attended Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans.
Before becoming a Realtor, Rebecca spent four years working in business development at a global law firm to which she credits her strong negotiation skills, creative problem solving techniques and natural ability to effectively market her listings. Rebecca values making personal connections with her clients. She is committed to remaining informed about the local market and handles each transaction with professionalism and integrity.
Director of Repairs and Maintenance
Ms. Chavez has extensive experience in commercial and residential property management. She has excelled in positions that have required her to perform high level accounting and repair and maintenance functions for all types of real property.
Ms. Chavez currently heads Silberman Realty’s repair and maintenance department where she is responsible for supervising tenant repair requests and ongoing property maintenance. Ms. Chavez prides herself in providing excellent customer service for both our owners and tenants.
