Phil Silberman is a Texas real estate broker and lawyer that founded Silberman Realty to provide a higher standard of service in the residential property management space and provide custom listing services to sellers that minimize transaction costs.
Phil Silberman graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a focus in finance and went on to study law at The University of Houston Law Center. His professional career has included brokerage services in all areas of real estate including both commercial and residential. In addition to real estate brokerage, Silberman maintains a law practice focusing on Real Estate Law.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at Silberman Realty, Phil Chaluparambil oversees the corporate infrastructure, financial management, and strategic scaling of the firm’s business initiatives. He is responsible for optimizing internal company systems, directing financial planning, and driving operational efficiency across the organization’s Texas markets.
Phil brings over twenty years of executive management experience to the team, including a notable tenure as an executive within Accenture’s Trading & Commercial practice. His deep expertise in business optimization and complex corporate strategy ensures that Silberman Realty operates at the highest level of administrative excellence and structural efficiency

Leasing and Sales, Licensed Sales Agent
Rebecca Silberman is a fourth generation Texan whose love for state and its communities is deep rooted. After graduating from Memorial High School, Rebecca attended Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans.
Before becoming a Realtor, Rebecca spent four years working in business development at a global law firm to which she credits her strong negotiation skills, creative problem solving techniques and natural ability to effectively market her listings. Rebecca values making personal connections with her clients. She is committed to remaining informed about the local market and handles each transaction with professionalism and integrity.
Director of Leasing and Maintenance
Ms. Chavez is a licensed real estate professional who brings extensive experience in both commercial and residential property management to her role. For nearly ten years at Silberman Realty, she has excelled in high-level accounting, asset oversight, and managing complex repair and maintenance functions for all types of real property.
Currently heading Silberman Realty’s Sales, Leasing, and Repair and Maintenance departments, she is responsible for managing the onboarding of new property owners, owner / tenant requests and managing ongoing property upkeep. She is also responsible for the property sales and leasing as a licensed real estate agent. Ms. Chavez prides herself on providing excellent customer service, ensuring seamless operations for both our property owners and tenants.
Leasing Coordinator
Joy May Alonsabe serves as the Administrative Leasing Coordinator for Silberman Realty, managing backend workflows and documentation that keep the firm’s operations running smoothly. Joy focuses on processing lease documentation, coordinating with the maintenance team, and tracking data related to property records.
Prior to her current role, Joy built a diverse operational background spanning administrative management, high-volume data analytics, and corporate account coordination. She is proficient in industry tools like AppFolio, maximizing backend efficiency and organizational accuracy for the entire team
