We have a full team of repair coordinators to coordinate repairs between tenants, owners, and contractors. Owners can set repair thresholds and approve all repairs if desired.
All property accounting is done by our team of bookkeepers and accountants. Owners receive online monthly statements, financial reports, and end of year tax statements.
Our staff takes care of any evictions from start to finish. The eviction process usually includes the Notice to Vacate, filing of the petition, and court appearance on the day of trial.

Silberman Realty provides 24 hour repair and maintenance coordination to tenants and owners. Owners can be completely hands off, set repair thresholds, or choose to approve all repairs.
We provide full service property management for one low, flat fee of $150 per month. We only collect management fees in months where rent is collected. Lease fees are 75-100% of one month’s rent, and renewals are $150.
Our management contracts with our owners are no obligation terms. Owners can cancel anytime by providing 30 days notice.
We use the leading property management software on the market. Owners have full visibility through their online portal and receive automated rent disbursements and statements.
